At KC Tool, we are proud of all the great reviews we get. That said, our products very rarely get a bad review. When we browse our own website and see that nearly all our tools have five-star reviews, we feel self-conscious that it appears fake. How could we have all stellar reviews? I don’t recall any other websites where all their products have four and five star reviews. With all the five-star reviews on our website, one might get suspicious and think that we are doctoring the numbers, so-to-speak. We aren’t, we promise.

It is just the opposite. We publish every review and comment from our customers, no matter how they review it. Because we focus our business on the distribution of the highest quality tools money can buy, a vast majority of the reviews are extremely good. We want our customers to be able to buy the tools we sell and have no doubt that they will receive a tool of fantastic quality. Our tools SHOULD have five-star reviews because that is the whole reason KC Tool exists! We aren’t an ordinary, run-of-the-mill tool shop. KC Tool was conceived on the idea of providing quality tools to quality customers, so if it doesn’t get a five-star review we start to question why.

But how far we will we go to ensure that you are getting quality tools? Simple, we don’t carry tools that don’t cut it. Our manufacturers make a ton of different tools and every-so-often a tool just doesn’t meet our standards. Without mentioning any names, we had some tool sets that were consistently getting returned to us for quality issues. The same problem persisted time-after-time, so we stopped selling it. It stayed on the website, but we were transparent with the description, stating that we wouldn’t sell it due to quality issues. Turns out we were ahead of the game because now that company doesn’t sell them anymore, for exactly the same reason we wouldn’t sell them.

So it boils down to this. We are committed to giving you the best shopping experience possible and the only way we can guarantee that is if we carry the best-of-the-best. Our tools get great reviews because they deserve great reviews.  It’s as simple as that.
