KC Tool ends decade long relationship with Wiha Tools USA

Kansas City, August 30, 2021

“KC Tool will continue to place the utmost importance on communicating and serving the customer. We are excited to keep growing as a business and expanding the market for German Tools in America” said Derek Tran, Owner

Since KC Tool was founded in 2011, the company’s core focus has been to offer the best German brands while providing the best customer service. Staying true to this tenet has allowed the company to expand to the eighteen brands we currently offer to customers worldwide.

While KC Tool is sad to remove a brand from the product lineup and apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause, their commitment to being America’s #1 German Tool Distributor remains unchanged. This decision only helps strengthen the commitment to their remaining manufacturer partners and the German tool community. KC Tool looks forward to growing and serving everyone for decades to come.

Stay tuned for future updates relating to expanded and new product lines via KC Tool’s social media pages and newsletter. Please direct any comments/inquiries to the Customer Service department at customerservice@kctool.com or (913) 440-9766.

KC Tool Volunteers For Habitat For Humanity

Last week, a group of us from KC Tool got the chance to volunteer for Habitat for Humanity of Kansas City. From a tree-lined street in downtown Kansas City (not all that far from the legendary Arthur Bryant’s), we spent the incredibly hot day installing new siding on two different homes.

We are all tool guys, obviously, and use them all the time. Let’s face it though, our main job is to SELL tools, so it was a great opportunity for us to get out there and spend a day USING tools. Though I think many of us were cursing being outside on one of the hottest days of the year in KC, I think I can speak for all us involved by saying it was an incredibly rewarding experience. It has been an interesting and tough time for the world lately and even more so for those who are less fortunate. Reading the stories of the future owners of the houses we were working on gave us perspective, humility and made us even more appreciative of our own lives. If a couple hours of sweat means the difference in someone’s life, then it is worth it.

We at KC Tool encourage you to volunteer. There is a need for people everywhere. It doesn’t take much to be a significant part of your local community and lift someone’s spirits. From the poorest neighborhoods to the most affluent communities, positive action and real change are always possible.

Take a look at some of the pictures we took from our day on site and be on the lookout for a special fundraiser coming soon to benefit Habitat for Humanity of Kansas City.
