Yingcong Zhou wins $50 to spend at KC Tool

Each month we give $50 KC Tool store credit to one of our customers who left a product review in that month. Individuals are automatically entered when you leave a review with your first and last name (we have to figure out how to find you in our system). Once the winner is announced they will already have had their $50 prize applied to their account.  Shop at your leisure.

Strings? What strings? There are no strings attached. This is just a good old fashioned giveaway to thank those of you who leave reviews about the tools you buy from us. Reviews are an important part of e-commerce. It is only right to compensate you for your time. Remember, the more reviews you leave, the better your chances of winning.

Yingcong Zhou, from historic East Setauket, New York (AMC television drama TURN is primarily set here); has luck on his side. His winning review was for the Wera 227702 Red Bull Racing Kraftform Kompakt 20 Stainless Bits + Pouch Set.

Yingcong had high praise for the screwdriver he reviewed:

“I bought it as I am a big fan of Red Bull Racing. And to be honest, the RBR theme color is much nicer than Wera stock black and green color. The tool itself is also quite good and interesting. All the moving mechanisms are smooth, including the bit storage, the extended blade and the Rapidaptor. As a interchangeable-bit screwdriver, it is quite good. Even with extended blade, it is only wobbly a little bit. The rapidaptor can hold the bit firmly mechanically and magnetically. The stainless steel bits are really really nice looking. The only thing I am not satisfied is, to store 6 bits, the handle is too large to me. With Wera Kraftform design, it feels comfortable, but, still, too large.”

Congratulations, Yingcong! Thanks for leaving your reviews. Leaving reviews for products online helps everyone. 88% of consumers online read reviews before purchasing. Leaving a review for others is a great way to show others you care. In fact, just ask Michael… sometimes you get some free tools out of the deal too. 😉

Wondering how we choose the winner? It’s nothing fancy. We export all of the reviews into an Excel spreadsheet and use random.org to generate a random number. The corresponding numbered line on the spreadsheet is the winner.

Good luck next month!
